Re-Opening Protocol’s and Guidelines

Dear Clients,
We’ve missed you and are so excited to see you. Upon reopening (and through the month of June) we will be operating differently to ensure everyone’s safety. Below you will find a list of new protocols to expect:
We ask for clients receiving services to come alone. Please leave your kiddos at home.
When you arrive, please wait in your car for the front desk to text that it is time to enter the salon.
Upon entering, your temperature will be taken and you will be asked a Covid-19 screening questionnaire:
•I have had a temperature and/or cough in the last 72 hours.
•I have you had, or been around someone infected, with Covid-19 in the last two weeks?
•I have traveled from an area with significant, ongoing spread of Covid-19.
If you answer yes to any of these questions, we respectfully ask you wait until you are well or have self-quarantined for the prescribed two weeks.
We ask that you wear a mask at check in, check out, and while moving through the salon. Your service provider will determine what is required during your service.
All staff will be wearing masks.
Please bring a beverage to enjoy, we won’t be offering drinks or magazines at this time.
Salon Services
To avoid the excessive airflow of germs, we won’t be offering our professional blow out services at this time.
Haircuts will not include shampoos or blow drys (please arrive with clean completely dry hair).
Color Services will receive shampoos without blow drys.
Spa Services
While still comfortable, the bed will look different.
To provide extra protection and sanitation, a wax mat covered with disposable medical paper will be added.
For your comfort, we recommend trimming before you come in for a bikini or Brazilian wax appointment.

Hair should be approximately the length of a long grain of rice.
Product Purchase Only
To ensure proper social distancing, please call before entering. (our salon # is 812-330-0399)
These adjustments allow us to follow new social distancing and sanitation protocols without having to raise our prices. We understand if you would prefer to postpone your appointment to a time when these requirements aren’t in place.
We know change is hard and we all have been dealing with a lot of change. Please remember, these changes are temporary. We thank you in advance for your understanding and flexibility. We look forward to seeing you.
Thank you,
Heather Singleton
