Scalp Access Requirements

Head spa services require full access to the scalp.

Services cannot be performed on clients with extensions, braids, locs, or other protective styles that limit scalp access.

Pregnancy Considerations

Clients who are pregnant should consult with their healthcare provider prior to booking. Please note that the service involves lying on your back for an extended period of time. Participation is at the client's discretion.

Hair Preparation

Clients are asked to arrive with hair fully detangled prior to their appointment. This allows us to focus on scalp health, relaxation, and treatment efficacy during your service.

Hair Types & Textures

Head spa treatments are suitable for all hair types and textures. Hair must be detangled before the service to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience.

Post service expectations

Unless a professional blow-dry service is scheduled with one of our stylists on the salon floor, guests will leave their service with damp hair. We recommend bringing a claw clip or preferred hair accessory if you would like to style or secure your hair following your treatment.
