Vibrant, expressive and energetic, Mary proudly took over as Mira's owner in April 2024. Having been apart of Mira for almost 10 years, she was ready and excited for this next step. She’s ready for anyone who walks through our doors and sets the tone for a great visit. For Mary, even the smallest interactions matter. She sees each exchange as an opportunity to learn about someone and make a connection.

Being of service, leading from the heart and with intention is the highest priority for Mary. Nothing brings Mary more joy than making someone feel good about themselves, and she is thrilled to be apart of making someone's day, everyday.

When she's not in the salon, you can find her chasing her two boys around with her husband or getting dinner with her best girlfriends. She is always on the go, and loves to keep herself busy with friends and family!

Mary’s life hack: Buck up and carry all the groceries in one trip—there is a way.

Maddy has over 12 years of experience and is passionate about helping people feel confident, refreshed, and completely themselves when they leave her chair. She has spent years continuing her education through advanced training opportunities, including Sassoon training in Seattle and other specialized classes across the industry. Most recently, she completed a color correction course to continue refining her craft and staying current with modern techniques and trends. Maddy has also been part of the Mira family for nearly 11 years, building lasting relationships with guests along the way.

Maddy especially loves creating beautiful blondes and precision bob haircuts, combining technical skill with an eye for styles that feel timeless, flattering, and easy to wear. More than anything, she loves the feeling of helping someone leave the salon feeling better about themselves than when they walked in.

Outside of the salon, Maddy enjoys spending time with her two dogs, Tucker and Murphy, playing golf, and relaxing with a good book. Known around the salon for her southern charm and personality, she brings a warm, down-to-earth energy to every appointment that makes guests instantly feel comfortable and welcome.

Morgan has over 10 years of experience and a true passion for creating effortless, lived-in color that helps every guest feel their absolute best. Originally from Fort Wayne, Indiana, Morgan earned her cosmetology license there before bringing her creativity and expertise behind the chair. She stays inspired and continually grows her skills through ongoing education, in-salon classes, social media trends, and advanced training opportunities both inside and outside the salon.

Morgan specializes in lived-in color for blondes, brunettes, and reds, and loves everything from dimensional foils and balayage to root retouches and precision cutting. While color is her biggest passion, she equally enjoys haircutting and creating customized looks that fit each guest’s lifestyle and personality.

Known for her warm, laid-back energy, Morgan loves building genuine connections with the people in her chair and making every appointment feel comfortable and collaborative. Outside of the salon, you’ll usually find her binge-watching a good show, reading, listening to music, or spending time with friends and family.

Sometimes, things just click. Margaret is a big-picture thinker who fit into Mira’s team right away and embraces the Mira Way.

A seasoned stylist, Margaret is honing her product knowledge with training from Davines and R+Co. She’s inspired by making people feel beautiful and happy, and with six years of customer service experience already behind her, she knows how to make each person’s day just a little bit brighter with great service and a warm smile.

Margaret loves spending time with her huge and close-knit family. She treats meeting new people as an opportunity to connect and get to know someone awesome! We think that makes Margaret pretty awesome.

If hair color were kung fu, James would be a Shaolin master in flowing robes. He knows all the right moves. Fortunately, you don’t have to climb a mountain to see this guru! Color melts, balayage, highlights—James loves helping clients find the perfect outer expression of their inner light.

James is a graduate of the Aveda Institute, apprenticed at French Pharmacie, and trained in Vidal Sassoon cutting. He’s attended multiple trainings on color and education at PSC. He is an educator for Davines and is trained in their flamboyage method of highlighting.

When he isn’t doing hair, James enjoys reading a good book, hiking to the perfect spot, and talking and laughing with friends over a delicious meal.

Rebecca has been passionate about the beauty industry since attending vocational cosmetology school in high school and has been behind the chair since 2017. She loves helping clients feel more confident by creating styles that make them look and feel their best. Rebecca’s favorite services include bouncy blowouts, traditional foil highlights, and vibrant, vivid color transformations. When she’s not in the salon, you’ll likely find her line dancing, enjoying music festivals, reading a good book, or taking a yoga or Pilates class.

Danielle has been in the beauty industry for seven years, with five years behind the chair, and is passionate about helping every guest leave feeling confident. A graduate of Tricoci University, she is committed to continuing her education through advanced training at Mira and by learning from respected industry educators. Danielle especially loves creating lived-in, dimensional color and precision bobs that are tailored to each client’s style. Outside of the salon, you’ll find her gardening, diving into a good fantasy or nonfiction book, spending time with her family, or enjoying life as a proud dog and cat mom.

Meet Chloe—your go-to stylist for all things fun, funky, and fabulous! She’s got a quirky vibe and a big heart, ready to make you feel amazing every time you sit in her chair. After graduating from Tricoci University in 2023, Chloe joined our Mira family, where she learned from the best, including a hands-on apprenticeship with lead stylist and then owner, Heather.

Chloe is all about staying ahead of the game and loves expanding her skills. Whether it’s attending Mira’s hands-on classes or scouring Instagram for the latest in color placement and vivids, she’s constantly soaking up new techniques to keep her work fresh and exciting.

With four years of experience under her belt, Chloe is passionate about more than just hair—she’s passionate about making you feel gorgeous and confident! Curly cuts? Check. Bold vivids? Absolutely. Any haircut with a twist? 100% her jam.

When Chloe’s not behind the chair, you can find her soaking up nature on a hike or getting creative with her art—painting, drawing, knitting, sewing—you name it, she’s got the artistic touch! Her ultimate life hack? Weekend takeout. No shame in that game!

Meet Sophia, a second-generation hairstylist with beauty industry roots that run deep. Following in the footsteps of her mother, older sister, and brother, Sophia grew up surrounded by salon life and discovered early on that making people feel confident and beautiful was exactly where she belonged. A graduate of the Paul Mitchell Schools in Indianapolis, she is passionate about continuing her education through advanced classes and by constantly learning alongside her family of stylists. Most recently, she attended an R+Co color correction class to continue sharpening her skills behind the chair.

Sophia specializes in bridal styling and lived-in, hand-painted color, and she loves creating looks that feel effortless, personalized, and confidence-boosting. Her biggest inspiration is making a lasting positive impact on every guest who sits in her chair and helping each person feel beautiful exactly as they are.

When she’s not in the salon, you can usually find Sophia baking, curled up with a good book or TV show, or spending sunny days at the lake. She truly believes that when you build a career around something you love, it never really feels like work and that passion shines through in every appointment.

Allie discovered her passion for hairstyling while attending Tricoci University and has been growing her career at Mira since 2025. She loves creating lived-in color, highlights, bouncy blowouts, and men’s cuts, while helping every guest leave feeling confident and beautiful. Dedicated to continuing her education, Allie is always learning new techniques to perfect her craft. When she’s not behind the chair, you’ll find her baking, spending time with loved ones, enjoying live music, taking weekend road trips, or hanging out with her dog Baylee and her flock of chickens.

Chesney grew up around salon life and has been part of the beauty industry for as long as she can remember. She began cosmetology school during high school and has continued growing her skills ever since. Chesney especially loves blonding services and blowouts, and she’s passionate about creating beautiful hair while helping clients solve their hair concerns. Outside the salon, you’ll find her traveling, spending time by the pool, tanning, hanging out with friends and family, or loving on her puppy.

Samuel has been in the beauty industry for five years and grew up surrounded by it, making hairstyling a natural passion from an early age. He loves creating effortless, natural-looking color and specializes in blending techniques that enhance each guest’s unique features. Samuel has continued his education through the Pulp Riot Summit Collective (PSC) in Chicago, completing all three levels of their Color Expert program. He especially enjoys men’s cuts and helping every client leave the salon feeling like the best version of themselves. Outside of the salon, you’ll find him thrifting, spending time with friends and family, or planning his next adventure.

A longtime member of the Mira family, Anna’s no-drama strength and warmth have won loyalty from her clients and peers. Anna takes a hands-on approach to life: as a stylist, as a sculptor, as a DIY renovation fanatic, and as the salon’s resident handywoman who fixes anything and everything. Her laughter lights up the studio.

An artist by training, Anna brings a sense of shape and form to her work in hair. She holds degrees in ceramic sculpture from Indiana University and in cosmetology from Regency Beauty Institute. With 15 years in the chair, Anna takes full advantage of classes Mira offers on new scissor techniques with Bumble and bumble and new coloring techniques from Wella educators.

Anna is expert at finding each person’s unique strengths and maximizing them, at enhancing natural hair color and making thoughtful shifts in style. She loves connecting with clients, hearing their stories, and helping them shape their outer look to match their inner sense of self. In her free time she haunts junk shops and salvage yards for raw material to repurpose for her eclectic home decor and renovation projects.

Anna’s life hack: If you’re working late, order food to be delivered when you leave—instant dinner gratification!

There’s no way around it: Joanna just glows. She radiates, and she helps her clients shine, too. Beautiful dimensional color with artfully hand-painted highlights is Joanna’s signature. Her colors evolve organically between appointments, and this magic has made her a Mira favorite. She’s been called a beauty spirit guide.

Seriously nerdy, this Gemini likes to analyze beauty from every angle. Over the course of her career, she’s trained with industry icons including Vidal Sassoon, Tracey Cunningham, and Ruth Roche, to name a few. As a former educator for the famous New York City–based Bumble and bumble House of Style, Joanna studies classic technique and new trends continuously. As a lead stylist and mentor at Mira, she trains new talent and supports the evolution of the brand.

Sydney is a licensed esthetician with a passion for helping people feel confident, cared for, and beautiful in their own skin. A graduate of Tricoci University, Sydney has spent the past several years continuing to grow her skills through advanced education, hands-on trainings with brand representatives, and specialized courses including Microblading and out-of-state Phytomer training. She is constantly staying up to date on current beauty trends while refining techniques that deliver both results and relaxation for her guests.

For Sydney, skincare and beauty go far beyond appearances. She loves creating a safe, nurturing environment where clients can fully relax, recharge, and leave feeling good both inside and out. Her favorite services are transformational brow work and treatments that help enhance natural beauty while boosting confidence.

Outside of the treatment room, Sydney’s world revolves around family time with her husband and two girls. She loves reading, baking fresh bread, hosting family and friends, and creating a warm home filled with the people she loves most. Her approach in the treatment room reflects that same energy, welcoming, comforting, and deeply personal.

Emily believes great skincare starts with trust, education, and personalized care. With eight years of esthetics experience and advanced training in treatments including microneedling, chemical peels, dermaplaning, permanent makeup, and more, she is dedicated to helping every client achieve healthy, radiant skin. Emily’s favorite part of her work is building lasting relationships and creating a welcoming space where everyone feels comfortable, confident, and cared for. When she’s away from the spa, you’ll find her hiking, staying active, exploring interior design, or enjoying home projects.

She studied esthetics at Aveda Fredric’s Institute in Carmel, Ind. Glowing and healthy skin are her passions, but that’s not all — chemical peels, high frequency, waxing, tinting, brow and lash lamination, and more are all part of her esthetician toolbox. 

When she’s not making magic at Mira, Tanya is an accomplished baker, travel lover, avid reader, weekend crafter, and mama to her beautiful children.

Mariah lives life hands-on. Gardening? Check. Home improvement? Check. Quilting? Stitch an X on that box, too, and never mind if it’s a little crooked. Mariah dreams big. She’s got notebooks and sketches and plans for everything, and there’s nothing she can’t accomplish with willpower and a YouTube tutorial.

With 15 years in customer service, Mariah has learned a few things. If you listen closely, each person has fascinating experiences. If you look closely, each day becomes a shifting kaleidoscope of stories and faces that reveals new perspectives, new ideas, new beauty. She loves helping other people see themselves through a different lens. Sometimes that takes a fresh cut or style. Other times, a little spa pampering works magic from the inside out.
